New York State is in Serious Trouble on their Attempts to Justify Their New Restrictions on Where Concealed is Prohibited

I looked over their motion for summary judgment.   They are using colonial laws that banned possession of guns by Indians, Catholics, a religious dissenter group in Massachusetts associated with Hutchinson and the postbellum Black Codes that caused the 14th Amendment as justification for tight restrictions.  They are not even grasping at straws.  Straws have something to them.  Not much but these claims actually work against them by siding with racial and religious prejudice.
