6/16/22 TaxProfBlog about how the ABA is dropping the LSAT as a requirement to apply to ABA law schools. He mentions that LSAT scores are the best predictors of later bar exam passage. Law schools desperate for money can now admit less qualified, but BIPOC students who will drop out, or fail the bar exam, stuck with six figure student loans. This will become yet another example of "systemic racism."
