I thought we were past this.  12/8/22 KGW tells the story of a public charter school for BIPOCs.  I could have sworn the Supreme Court ruled on this....

Progressives will now have an explanation of why racial segregation of public schools is a good thing.  The KKK will look forward to the excuse.
