Lenovo USB 3.0 Dock. USB cable from PC; two DVI output connectors, five USB 3.0 connectors, and one audio output (3.5mm jack). I used this to add external monitors to my Lenovo x140e. I do not think it is Lenovo-specific; it likely works with any PC.
I have listed it on eBay. Starting bid $10.
