Watching the Prosecutor Cross-Examine Rittenhouse

The judge ripped the prosecutor a new orifice for attempting to introduce material that the judge had already excluded.  This just after berating the prosecutor trying to impeach Rittenhouse's refusal to speak about the event.  The judge has both reason and inclination to mistrial with prejudice.   This would get the jurors off the hook for being lynched.

The prosecutor comes across so nasty that I think he wants to lose.

This may be the first time a prosecutor has attacked someone for not using hollowpoints.  It was clear that Rittenhouse knows almost nothing about ammunition.  Using FMJs was supposed to show indifference to human life but the attempt made Rittenhouse seem like he was not trying to kill anyone
