A Reminder That Bad Guys Do Not Practice Enough Be Glad
It looks like the cop doesn't practice enough either.

DeleteThe bad guy couldn't even hit the window of the cop car? And the cop needs to tighten up his aiming, all he is managing to hit is the ground.
