The surveillance video shows no long gun. None of the shootings, at three different massage parlors, involved more than five victims. He had plenty of time to change magazines.
If Biden is looking for an excuse for an AW/LCM ban, this is not it.
His confession denies a racial motive:
"He does claim that it was not racially motivated," Capt. Jay Baker of the sheriff's office said, while cautioning that it's still early in the investigation. "He apparently has an issue, what he considers a sex addiction, and sees these locations ... [as] a temptation for him that he wanted to eliminate."
As if there were no other places that might have tempted him.
