10th Circuit upholds BATF Ruling That a Bump Stock is a Machine Gun

Aposhian v. Wilkinson et al. (10th Cir. en banc 2021).  Essentially any parts that can make a semiauto weapon into a machine gun, even if it takes a separate pull of the trigger to fire each shot.  The bad news is that according to this letter, I have two machine guns on my feet:


Should I only wear loafers, slippers, or bare feet from now on?  But I suspect that I could shred the slippers quite inappropriately.
