From Now On, "If Voting Mattered, It Would Not Be Allowed"

 When I lived in California, I asked a neighbor if he had voted.  His response, "I have voted for two Presidents in a row who promised to reduce the power and scope of the federal government and nothing changed."  Politics is a group trap.  What can we do besides hide and wait for starvation to change things?
