On Fakebook, I see apologists for the madness claiming that NYC shuts down its subways for cleaning every night and that the subways are still operational is not a sign of leftist dishonesty. 5/7/20 New York Times reports that May 6 is when they started nightly cleaning. The subways (or as I think of them, the ultimate in non-social distancing transport) remain open. Imagine if churches were thoroughly cleaned before services each Sunday. Would the left consider this okay?
