In the last several days, Thunderbird on my wife's PC suddenly stopped retrieving messages or sending them with a variety of utterly useless error messages. Hostrocket technical support has been very helpful. As much as I dislike Microsoft, Outlook works!
I use Thunderbird on my Mac, because it offers some customizations I haven't found elsewhere. But it has been getting flakey. Mozilla seems to be losing it - I guess they need to bring back Brendan Eichs! Oh wait... they can't do that because he had the gall to contribute to the anti-gay marriage referendum campaign, a referendum that passed with a majority of California voters, and then was tossed out because it was un-PC.
