At least four people, two of them police officers, were killed during an early-morning shooting at a residential neighborhood in Canada, authorities said.Of course, Canada has has much worse mass murders such as the Ecole Polytechnique.
Fredericton Police said they were responding to an incident on Brookside Drive in New Brunswick around 7 a.m. local time on Friday....
New Brunswick was the site of another mass shooting in 2014, which resulted in the deaths of three Royal Canadian Mounted Police officers. Another two were injured in Monctcon, which is about 100 miles outside Fredericton.
At the time, it was one of the worst shooting incidents of its kind in Canada, where gun laws are significantly stricter than they are in the United States.
