Blue Wave Breaks Short?

8/7/18 New York Times reports narrow Republican victory in special election for empty House seat.  To be fair, this is a high income white district: the sort of place where Democrats should expect to win.  8/8/18 USA Today reports uncounted ballots have just been found reducing margin of victory.  Notice how these missing ballots never help the Republican?  You have to stay up very late getting those ballots marked!
