You mean non-whites regard mediocrity as an ideal, or at least regard competence as not valuable?
"Productivity"? I guess going back to primitive living conditions is better?

Bonus question: What kind of job opportunities are available to a person with a "UCCS's Graduate Certificate in Diversity, Social Justice, and Inclusion"?
