Another Court Case Citing My Work

King v. Sessions

Dist. Court, ED Pennsylvania, 2018

Convicted felon arguing that his nonviolent crime (carrying concealed without a license) violated the Second Amendment.  Okay, not violent in itself, but likely a real public safety hazard.  I suspect not an upstanding member of Philly society.

  1. Philly hates CCW, and they make it very difficult to get one there, not like the rest of the state. I'm not clear if a regular citizen can get one there. Their gun laws are grandfathered, I've heard.

  2. Will: Penn. changed their law to make Philly shall issue some years ago. They will look for every possible way to find something against you, but they do issue.
