The 27th Day
On YouTube. Made in 1957, it is a so-fi movie worth a plot unlike any other I have ever seen. Special effects are about what you might expect for 1957, but still a startling movie for that time.
That is a brilliant film. I saw it once, at a drive-in, when it first came out and it stuck in my head ever since.
