Need Some Cross Ballpoint Pen Refills?

I am trying to find replacement cartridges for a pen from the Cato Institute that has irrational sentimental value.  I thought I needed Cross pen cartridges, so I ordered a pack of 6 from Amazon.  No, not the right cartridges.  Need them for a Cross pen?  Returning them was more than shipping.  Happy to mail them to you, no charge.
