CPAP

Machine in hand.  I have high hopes.

  1. If you find you need to change settings, search for "CPAP providers manuals". You should be able to find one easily.

    I don't know why they don't include those... Other than job protection and nanny considerations.

  2. Stick with it. It can be annoying until you adapt and learn how to make it more comfortable. But it can make an enormous difference in your mental clarity.
