Norsemen

Saw this series on Netflix: Ripoff of Game of Thrones, or perhaps an obscure foreign TV series from which Game of Thrones comes?  I have not gotten very deep in, but one of the captives aboard the Viking vessel complains about "insufficient information flow."  The captain complains to a subordinate that he is supposed to come across as a little crazy, "But that's not who I am."
