New Jersey Abandons Its Stun Gun Ban

Yes, this is a consequence of Caetano v. Massachusetts (2016) where the Supreme Court 8-0 ruled that the Second Amendment protected stun guns.  It helped that the defendant was a sympathetic situation: a victim of domestic abuse defending herself.  This is what gives me hope for the California shall-issue case to get a sympathetic hearing.
