Schedule K
Some of my investments are technically partnerships which give me a very complex form: K-1. Even using TurboTax, this adds great complexity. Why are partnerships treated so differently from dividend-paying stocks?
As pass through entities, they pay no income tax. Result is that they aren't taxed twice.
