Japan Needs to Remind North Korea That Talking About Attacking U.S. Military Bases is a Bad Idea

Perhaps invite little Kim to the Hiroshima Peace Museum?  Any such attack by North Korea would legally justify Trump solving North Korea's well known night lighting problem:
