Usually, I Prototype in Acetal If I Plan to Make it in Aluminum

I didn't have a big enough piece of acetal, so I prototyped in pine.  Watch it go over the knot, and you will see why airplane skins aren't carved from pine.

I think the final pass will have to be with a much smaller endmill, so I get sharper corners, and then a file with a sharp corner.
