So What Happened to Florida
Did the SMOD take out Florida? I received a phone call from 321 area code a couple days ago, and since neither my phone nor me recognized the number, I assumed it was a ScopeRoller customer. I have called back several times since then and I always get "All circuits are busy."
I am getting a whole lot of spam calls from what appear to be normal out of state numbers. I'd bet that you were getting a call from the "IRS" or the "Student Loan Office" and the caller ID was forged. That is getting really easy to do in the world of SIP.
ReplyDeleteTo paraphrase Rick Blaine, there are certain sections of Florida that I wouldn't advise you to try to invade.

Call your telecom provider to make sure that your switch isn't bollixed. They may or may not admit that there's a problem but I've had it happen often enough that during or right after such a call, suddenly calls to a particular area code that weren't going through are now just fine. Funny how that worked out...
