Birthday Dinner
My kids and extended family took me out to Madhuban Indian restaurant for my birthday this evening. I have always enjoyed spicy food, which means Chinese, Thai, and Indian. I will be treadmiilling a storm in penance the next few days. Madhuban serves its entrees in four levels: Mild, Boise Hot, New York Hot, and Bombay Hot. We ordered the lamb vindaloo New York Hot. Bombay Hot probably requires a liability release.
Gotta love the "cultural appropriation"! (Those are some of my favorite foods, too.)
ReplyDeleteI also love Indian food. Bitter is not such a fan. But strangely she likes Thai food, which I also like. So that's the compromise. But I often request to go out for Indian when I'm with coworkers.
