What Did We Do Before the Internet?
The Jaguar's low pressure tire warning came on, indicating front left tire was low. No, all four tires 32-33 psi. Before taking it to the dealer, which is 45 minutes away, I checked with the Jaguar forum and found a discussion of what happens when cold weather confuses the tire pressure monitoring system, and how to solve it. The solution (lower tire pressure 25%, turn car back on, and reinflate) worked perfectly.
before the Internet we didn't have wireless tech where the wheels talked to the car. We took out our trusty air gauges and checked the pressure level. Some tech causes more trouble than its worth. Like my Daughters cell phone.
