Remember the Scene from One of the Police Squad Movies Where the Animals Escape the DC Zoo?

Nov. 15, 2015 Philadelphia Enquirer reports on zebras wild in the streets!  With pictures and video of police cars trying to use lights to pull them over.

My wife points out that when the police take the zebras into custody, there's no need for striped jail uniforms.
