Arms Sore

Workout at gym is making me stronger, but there are costs.

    Those are also benefits, they teach you to endure (more) discomfort and to enjoy the pain free days more.

  2. You might consider looking into L-Citrulline (as Citrulline malate) supplementation to help with post-workout recovery and soreness. As an alternative to L-arginine, citrulline appears to work more efficiently with nitric oxide synthesis, particularly long-term and as it relates to resistance training, then arginine.     Citrulline is a natural amino acid that should be ok to supplement within the reported healthy ranges. But given your most recent health history it would of course be a good idea to consult your physician prior to taking any supplements.
