You've probably mentioned this already, but can you tell us what diet plan you use? South Beach? Do you ever cheat?
ReplyDelete1. Sausage or eggs for breakfast; if not particularly hungry, toast or cereal.
ReplyDelete2. Drop starches at dinner, or at least greatly reduce the quantity. There is a steak, or grilled chicken, and a vegetable.
3. Exercise enough to destress so that I don't gorge myself when eating.
4. If I want something sweet: canned pineapple.
