I try to remain objective and rational about guns, but there are some designs that are either so beautiful, futuristic, or some combination of both, that the temptation is strong to buy one just for the esthetics. The Whitney Wolverine is one; this is another. With an MSRP of $389, this is a tempting purchase.
When Ruger did make semi-auto pistol, I thought the were awfully heavy and clunky looking. The really turned a 180 with this one. And the MSRP is amazing. I suspect the market price will be much higher for awhile, because it is such a sleek-looking pistol.

ReplyDeleteTechnically, Remington hasn't made original designed pistols in a long time because they've been selling a 1911 clone for a few years.
If this works as reliably as it looks beautiful, they'll sell a lot of them.
