Reasons To Go On Vacation
Perhaps it is being away from the stress of work, but my appetite seems to be declining. It takes a bit of retraining to order a quantity of food that is appropriate to a lesser appetite.
My wife and I often split a dinner or a lunch in a sitdown restaurant -- it means that I often leave the table wanting a bit more, and that's a good thing.
Being on vacation makes it harder, since restaurant portions are generally pretty big, and it's not convenient to save half for a later meal.
