Your article mentions that under obamacare a company may decide to reduce employees to part time. I've heard it said, and I don't know if it is true, that employers also fare better if they replace workers with non-US residents. Any truth to this?
I find that hard to believe. Offshoring jobs in general may be more cost-effective, but there seems to be no advantage to hiring immigrants. Illegal immigrants aren't eligible for Obamacare, in any case.
