Can We Stop Pandering To These Sickos?

A letter from the Department of Justice (DOJ) caused the University of Arkansas at Ft. Smith (UAFS) early this month to reverse policy and allow a 38-year old anatomically male-student permanent use of women's bathrooms on campus despite opposition from female students.
The university made the reversal on "advice of counsel" after receiving a letter the DOJ sent in response to a complaint that a single, self proclaimed "transgender" student filed with the DOJ's Civil Rights Division.
"Because of the stance we took, the individual filed a complaint with the Office of Civil Rights in the Department of Justice," Mark Horn who is the vice president of university relations explained in an interview with Campus Reform on Tuesday.
Jennifer Braly, the student who filed the complaint, calls himself "transgender" with a "gender identity disorder." Braly, however, remains anatomically a man and is currently raising money online for Sex Reassignment Surgery (SRS).
Braly filed the complaint with the DOJ after the university initially told him to use the campus's several gender-neutral bathrooms instead of the women's restrooms.
Gender identity disorder?  I don't think so.

UPDATE: Great comment from a reader that essentially asks, "If this guy had clinical lycanthropy (a mental disorder for people that think that they are werewolves) would we be giving him raw meat in the cafeteria, arranging for hair transplants to cover his body, and making accommodations for his running around naked on all fours?"

  1. Why is this man not treated as a person with Lycanthropic Identity disorder would be treated? Those people aren't given drugs to induce the growing of hair all over the body or given supplemental income to eat raw meat as a wolf would, so why is this mental disorder resulting in the lack of acceptance of one's body and sex not treated the same way?

  2. Y'know what? Screw these oh-so-sensitive-yet-possessing-a-double-standard women. Were any of them protesting when they made open homosexuality a norm in the barracks and ships at sea our servicemen have to live cheek-by-jowl in? All they have to do is share a bathroom. How do you think it feels to have to share close living quarters with open homosexuals when you're straight, and not accepting of homosexual lifestyles? Everybody thought it was so peachy-keen and progressive when they forced this crap on the military--Now see how the shoe fits when it's forced on your foot.

What's good for the goose is good for the gander. You can't have a double standard on these issues--If you're going to force acceptance of sexual deviance on the military, you'd better be willing to live with it in your own life. I dare say every one of these college administrators and students thought it was just wonderful to force open homosexuality on the military community. Guess what, girls? You get to live the same standard, now.

Of course, they don't see it that way. 'Cos, they're special, and different somehow.

You'll have to forgive me as I laugh my ass off at this example of the law of unintended consequences. I look forward to the outrage as the girls realize the implications of their demands for full sexual equality really mean.

  3. Think of the possibilities at TSA checkpoints. "I am a lesbian trapped in a man's body and I demand to be groped by a woman officer."

  4. Heck, how would you like to be a homosexual sharing close living quarters with other homosexuals who are, shall we say, aggressive? Military personnel live in physical and sometimes emotional intimacy that is unsustainable if sexual attraction is present.

As to UAFS: gender dysphoria can be very real - not just a perverse delusion. But the transgendered should recognize that their condition is inconvenient for everyone, and refrain from demanding maximal accomodation.

  5. Can a man who is hetero lie and claim he is a lesbian trapped in a man's body have full access to the lady's quarters? Of course the answer is yes!

  6. Anonymous 12:52, He would probably have to get the assistance of a doctor to write him a note to take to school, but as a retired judge once said to me, "I can find a doctor to say anything I want -- and I'm poor."
Perhaps a sign on the ladies rooms at that college, "Welcome to the repeal of "Don't Ask, Don't Tell" would be in order.
I recall years ago when the forced integration of (I forget which) either The Citadel or VMI, had been temporarily overturned on appeal, and how the media caught some swagger by the 18 and 19 year old students on film, and the comments they made about how childish they were. I also remember about the same time seeing film of the students at an all female college near San Francisco after THEIR college got the forced integration order. Nobody fell to the ground kicking and crying, but every other expression of sorrow, tantrum and "snit" was present. But no one in the media thought to say the students at the women's school were acting like children.

Some Double Standards as we know are protected.
