Upside and Downside of Losing Weight

Upside: I had occasion to wear a suit yesterday for the first time since January--and it very obviously needs to be taken in.

Downside: the belt was so loose that while using the restroom, the Swiss Army knife pouch and mini-Maglite pouch that I usually wear slipped off the belt, and I did not notice it until hours later.  No one here at work has turned them in, which disappoints me.  At least they aren't expensive to replace.
