Chicken Vindaloo

I made chicken vindaloo from scratch this evening.  Okay, it isn't quite up to Madhuban (the Indian restaurant on State Street in Boise), but it was pretty good--maybe a bit too thin.  I may try it next time with a bit more cayenne and a little corn starch to thicken it up.  The menu came from here.
