This is sure going to confuse them! Some time back, Starbucks decided to
not adopt a policy banning customers who were legally armed from coming onto the premises. The antigunners went ballistic. Huge numbers of progun sorts are planning to go to Starbucks on St. Valentine's Day to show support, and the
antigunners are boycotting Starbucks on St. Valentine's Day:
Why Starbucks? Recent actions have revealed Starbucks’ tacit support of the NRA’s pro-gun agenda — which we hold responsible for the current epidemic of U.S. gun violence.
Okay, that alone is enough to send me to Starbucks to get a hot chocolate tomorrow morning on my way to work.
But someone else seems to be organizing
a boycott of Starbucks tomorrow, too:

be for Christians," said Pastor Steven Andrew, who is president of USA
Christian Ministries. He calls every Christian and church to boycott
Starbucks. Leviticus 22:18 says, "You shall not lie with a male as with a
woman. It is an abomination."

because God blesses those who obey Him and judges those who don't obey

So, which message is Starbucks going to get tomorrow? That their progun policies make their customers mad? Or that their pro-gay marriage policies make their customers mad? I really can't tell which message they will get. Short of sending them an email, they won't know
where I stand if I buy hot chocolate tomorrow. Is it a message of being pro-gun, or pro-gay marriage? This is just too complicated. Maybe I'll just skip the hot chocolate instead, so that my message doesn't get scrambled.
