Did Republicans Take Over San Francisco?

The city government regulated nudity at restaurants!  From the November 1, 2011 Los Angeles Times:
Life in the culinary capital of Northern California is about to get a little less free and easy, after the San Francisco Board of Supervisors voted unanimously Tuesday to require all restaurant patrons to wear clothing while dining out.
Those predisposed to bare all must also place something between naked buttocks and public seating under the ordinance, which is up for a final vote next week. The measure would go into effect 30 days after it is signed by Mayor Ed Lee.
Silly me.  It is still under control of the same crazies--you need to put something on the seat before you sit down naked. As a friend likes to say, "San Francisco...a museum of the last two centuries' failed philosophical assumptions."

Where's the ACLU on this?  Why aren't they filing suit for violation of the right of free expression?

  1. This is a blow to liberty! First they came for the nude dinners, and I didn't say anything because I wasn't a nude dinner . . .
