Like Congress Is Swearing

TechDirt points out that Congress, in its rush to get a bill through, left out some details.  Like the name of the bill. The formal terminology that appears in the Congressional Record describes it as "The ______Act of____"

When you can't do any better than this, perhaps it's time to stop, slow down, and think.
