Do any of you have a cassette to digital capacity. Let me really stretch: 1600 dpi 9 track magtape?
How does one store 70,000 digits in 262K bits? That's 3.6 bits/digit. Considered as an integer value (instead of a character string), a 7-digit phone number requires 24 bits. So that would work.
