Learning

I put a 1/2" thick 3.2 wide piece of 6061 aluminum and ran the side milling operation.  This is wider than what I was planning for production.   The left side came okay, but showed mwe I needed to use the 1/8" mill to get close to a square corner.  On the other side, it wasn't on the edge and plunge milling justy vibrated everything badly.  That's why I am learning on this piece of scrap!
