"And we know that all things work together for good to them that love God, to them who are the called according to his purpose." -- Rom. 8:28
Or how about some massive inaccuracies in his story, e.g.:
For more than two centuries, that remained an important but largely overlooked guarantee, subjected to a modest series of controls.
That would be news to the post-Civil War freedmen, lots of turn of the century immigrants, and of course causes one to wonder why:
Gun-friendly state lawmakers have been active, too. Roughly half of the 50 U.S. states have adopted laws allowing gun owners to carry their guns openly in most public places.
Which looking more closely is close to "not even wrong", unless the Open Carry movement has been a lot more successful than I realized---which even then anyone who's watched a Western should wonder about. If he meant concealed and shall issue, de facto like in Connecticut or de jure in most states, the number is an astonishing 42 out of the 50. Plus much of rural CA, MA (!!!) and Upstate NY, and Rhode Island is confused/confusing but not entirely locked down.
Or "The NRA and other gun-rights groups have allied themselves with the Republican Party...." which would be news to a bunch of gun grabbing Republicans who have been on the wrong side of endorsements. Heck, they're in tight with the #2 Democrat of the country, Harry Reid now that he's gotten religion.

Still, all in all a lot better than we're used to. But it reminds you not to believe anything you read in the MSM.
