That's amateur.<br /><br />Go full Alinsky: name the kid F***Y**", or "M*****F*****" or "S**kmy****" Use your imagination and create some truly offensive and fight-starting names. That way not only can can California's new law be used against them, the 1st Amendment can be added to the suit because the name can be termed a "political statement" and is protected speech.<br /><br />Can you imagine what a Kindergarten would sound like with a few kids like that in it? Better yet, what the dinner tables of the kid's classmates would sound like?
