For example, I had a set of 5-year-old Bose headphones break (the plastic headband assembly cracked), and Bose immediately offered to replace them at a cost about 1/3 of what it would have cost me to replace them with another brand of equal audio quality. I was impressed.<br /><br /> As we plunge into the trough of the Great Depression 2.0, don't hesitate to ask.
