If it doesn't run freely, that is, get out of phase with the essentially artificial human calendar, I strongly suggest trying cognitive therapy, which I found to be very useful starting in the early '80s. Because there's clearly something keeping it in sync with the calendar.

Nowadays they've added a "behavioral" aspect to it, which as far as I can tell at worst causes no harm. Feeling Good: The New Mood Therapy is the basic popular book to get started with it (no outside help is required), it's so useful I always keep at least one extra copy around to hand to a friend if needed.ThatWouldBeTellinghttps://www.blogger.com/profile/16910231314995266781noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2807403883562053852.post-56435584766479736222015-01-30T16:34:37.081-07:002015-01-30T16:34:37.081-07:00Put on some Chuck Berry...Start with "Maybell...Put on some Chuck Berry...Start with "Maybelline"Hickory Bowhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/15268946217889661139noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2807403883562053852.post-40779606805800125852015-01-30T16:08:40.237-07:002015-01-30T16:08:40.237-07:00What Richard Clark said! What Richard Clark said!Jimhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/02423924859310327055noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2807403883562053852.post-47720008203827657952015-01-30T14:32:18.992-07:002015-01-30T14:32:18.992-07:00I'm right there with you C. Try not to feel bad about feeling bad.: I have no idea how it feels, but I know that Paul got very depressed..."despairing of life itself..."

Will remember you in prayer.BFRhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/09446254517738219155noreply@blogger.com
